Orthopedic physiotherapy is directed towards the injury of muscles, joints, ligaments or tendons. Injuries may be sports related, due to overuse, or accidental in nature. We treat acute and chronic issues and incorporate manual therapy, electrotherapy/acupuncture, education and exercise prescription into our treatment plans.
We strongly value patient involvement, rather than just passive treatment approaches, and encourage our patients to take control of their pain.
